As the owner and operator of B'Cubs Sauces, I have been

in the restaurant/hospitality business for 18+ years in Clear Lake & Houston Texas area.  One of my endeavors was a restaurant in Seabrook TX. called Studio 54 Cafe back in 1998-2002.  Studio 54 Cafe was a waterfront, full-service restaurant and bar.  We had many different items on our menu.  One of the popular items was the Peanut Chicken Pasta, and our famous Peanut Wings.  We created our version of the Thai Peanut Sauce and infused this sauce with these items.  Back in 2017 I was looking at our recipes from Studio 54 Cafe, and decided to make a batch of our Peanut Sauce.  I knew this was a popular item and thought I would bring it back, bottle, and sell the sauce.  Life happened and this project was put on hold until beginning of 2022 when decided to ramp up the product and business.  My daughter would always call me B'Cub growing up and would get me hats for Christmas that had B'Cub custom stitched. I always told her one day I would use B’Cub in the name of a business.  I then created B’Cubs Sauces, and bottled our spicy peanut sauce. I have always been inspired by the mystical allure of New Orleans and its rich culinary heritage, and wanted to come up with a name that would tie all of this in. I decided on B’Cubs Voodoo Peanut Sauce. The fusion of the Voodoo mystique and the vibrant food culture of the city of New Orleans inspired the creation of our sauce's name and logo. I spent some time designing the logo, and a plan to market. I came up with our Original Sauce which is a Medium spice, Mild, and Hot version.  I took samples to my friends and local friends in the restaurant business and they loved it.  I am now selling "B'Cubs Voodoo Peanut Sauce" locally to friends and customers at farmers markets, local stores, and online. As I grow this business locally, my goal is to get the famous spicy peanut sauce into Restaurants and Stores nationwide. Our sauce was created by a Texan and Made in Texas!
