Pan-Fried Salmon with B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice or cauliflower rice, for serving (frozen microwave packs work great or cook your own)

Instructions:

  1. Season: Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
