B'Cubs® Peanut Chicken Pasta
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 16 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce (for pasta)
- 1/4 cup B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F.

Season the chicken: Coat the chicken breasts with coconut oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on a baking pan and cook for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 400°F for 16-20 minutes.
