B'Cubs® Peanut Chicken Pasta

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 16 oz spaghetti or angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 cup B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce (for pasta)
  • 1/4 cup B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Season the chicken: Coat the chicken breasts with coconut oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on a baking pan and cook for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 400°F for 16-20 minutes.

  4. Cook the pasta: While the chicken cooks, follow the directions on your pasta box and cook the pasta accordingly.

  5. Drain and set aside: Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and set it aside.

  6. Slice the chicken: When the chicken is ready, let it rest for a few minutes, then cut it into 1/4-inch slices.

  7. Toss the pasta: Take the cooked pasta and mix in 1/2 cup of B'Cubs® Voodoo Peanut Sauce until well coated.

  8. Serve: Portion the pasta into plates or bowls, add the sliced chicken on top, and drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup of peanut sauce over the chicken.

Yields 6-8 servings. Enjoy!
